The Street Rat can steal from locations. When she or he is in your trek you get an extra action at many locations that leads to a dice challenge about stealing something. During this dice challenge, the Street Rat adds an (or two) extra dice to have a better higher chance of winning the challenge. The more you level this character up, the better the extra dice will be.
