There are often situations with unpredictable outcomes, that are part luck, part skill. For example, ''searching a shipwreck, entering a cave without lights, or convincing someone to leave you in peace''. In this kind of situation, you have to do a '''dice challenge'''. You have to roll your dice and get at least a certain outcome to win the challenge. If you win the dice challenge the following events will be very good and if you fail they will be really bad.

The dice challenges are about getting '''certain color outcomes''' (for example 2 green, or 2 red, or 1 red and 1 green).

The more dice you have (trek members dice + weapon dice) the more chances you have to win the challenges. In the same way, upgraded dice with fewer white faces will be helpful to win challenges.
